Jan. 28 (Bloomberg) — Atlantic Wind & Solar Inc. won permission to build two $150 million photovoltaic plants in Ecuador.

The projects will provide a total of 58.43 megawatts of direct-current generation, according to a statement today, enough energy to power 85,000 households.
