Mitsubishi Electric Completes 6MW Fukushima Solar Power Station

(Bloomberg) — Mitsubishi Electric Corp., a Japanese maker
of machinery and electronics, completed a 6-megawatt solar power
station in northern Japan.

The plant in Iwaki city, Fukushima prefecture, was built
for a venture between Mitsubishi Corp. and Mitsubishi UFJ Lease
& Finance Co., Mitsubishi Electric said in a statement today.

Mitsubishi Electric also built a 12-megawatt station which
went online in Iwaki city in August for the two companies,
according to the statement.
