Rooftop-Solar Provider Verengo Gets $15 Million in Equity Round

Sept. 29 (Bloomberg) — Verengo Inc., a U.S. provider of
rooftop solar systems, received about $15 million in its latest
funding round.

The Torrance, California-based company was seeking as much
as $25 million, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities
and Exchange Commission.

David Thoreau, a company spokesman, declined to provide
additional details on the equity funding when reached today by
telephone.
