Gamesa Wins Order to Supply Turbines to Wind Farm in Turkey

Oct. 9 (Bloomberg) — Gamesa Corp. Tecnologica SA, Spain’s
biggest wind-turbine maker, won a contract to supply nine
turbines to a wind farm in western Turkey.

Gamesa won the order from Ayres Elektrik Uretim AS to
deliver the turbines early next year, it said today in an e-mailed statement. The 18-megawatt wind farm in Izmir is expected
to start working in the second quarter, it said.
