ET Solar Agrees to Help Build 70-Megawatt Project in Philippines

(Bloomberg) — ET Solar Group Corp., a closely held Chinese
panel maker and developer, agreed to help build a 70-megawatt
power plant in the Philippines.

The project is being co-developed with Gate Solar
Philippines Corp., Nanjing-based ET Solar said Thursday in a
statement. Terms weren’t disclosed.

The power plant, ET Solar’s first in the Philippines, is
expected to be operational in March of next year. The company
also is investing in the project.
