The facility, located near Bournemouth in the country’s south, has a capacity of 37.3 megawatts, enough to supply power to about 12,250 homes, Zurich-based Adiant said today in an e-mailed statement. The price wasn’t disclosed.

KfW Agrees to Build $2.3 Billion Germany-Norway Power Cable

The 1,400-megawatt NordLink interconnector will cost 1.5 billion euros to 2 billion euros, Frankfurt-based KfW said today in a statement on its website. Construction will start as soon as contracts with the companies responsible for the production and installation of the cable are signed, it said.

ET Solar and TechAccess to Build Solar Power Plants in Pakistan

One of the stations in Pind Dadan Khan, Punjab, will produce about 11.5 megawatts, and the other will have 10 megawatts of capacity, Nanjing-based ET Solar said Monday in a statement. The projects are expected to be completed and connected to the grid in the first half of next year.

The funding round includes contributions from SJF Ventures and Tennenbaum Capital Partners, Fremont, California-based NEXTracker said in a statement Monday. The financing closed in December. Existing investors include Sigma Partners and DBL Investors.
