Impax Selling 206-Megawatt Wind Farm Portfolio, SparkSpread Says

Oct. 31 (Bloomberg) — Impax Asset Management Group Plc
plans to sell its 206-megawatt portfolio of operational wind
farms in Germany and France, SparkSpread reports.

The company has shortlisted four to five potential buyers
and is looking for “firm bids” on Dec. 4, according to
SparkSpread. The portfolio comprises 11 wind farms with a total
capacity of 124 megawatts. Impax declined to comment on the news
today.
