(Bloomberg) — Amundi, an asset manager majority owned by
Credit Agricole SA, started three European funds offering
institutional investors a way to manage financial risks from
climate change and carbon emissions.
The funds will track MSCI Low Carbon Leaders indexes,
Amundi, which has about 954 billion euros ($1.1 trillion) under
management, said Tuesday in an e-mailed statement. MSCI started
its Low Carbon Leaders indexes in September, developing them
with Amundi and two European pension funds.
