(Bloomberg) — A group of companies including Energie
Wasser Bern and BKW Energy Ltd. agreed to buy a wind farm in
Italy that will produce enough power for about 9,300 homes.
The HelveticWind partnership bought the 16-megawatt
facility in southern Italy that’s expected to start working in
November, it said Friday in a statement on Bern, Switzerland-based BKW’s website. It declined to disclose the transaction
value.
