Canadian Solar to Supply EDF With 24 Megawatts of Panels

Oct. 13 (Bloomberg) — Canadian Solar Inc. agreed to supply
24.3 megawatts of photovoltaic panels for a project in
California under development by a U.S. unit of Electricite de
France SA.

The modules for the Catalina Solar 2 project in Kern County
will be delivered in the first quarter, Guelph, Ontario-based
Canadian Solar said today in a statement. Terms weren’t
disclosed.

Dominion Resources Inc. agreed to buy the project from EDF
last month. The acquisition is expected to close next year.
