John Laing Buys 16-Megawatt U.K. Wind Farm From Infinergy

Sept. 9 (Bloomberg) — John Laing Plc, a U.K.-based
infrastructure investor, bought a third wind farm in England
from Infinergy Ltd.

The project in the East Midlands will comprise seven
turbines with a capacity of 16 megawatts, John Laing said today
in an e-mailed statement. The facility already has planning
consent, and financial close is expected this year, it said. The
transaction value wasn’t disclosed.
