(Bloomberg) — Landis+Gyr AG won an order to supply an
energy storage system to Helen Ltd., a power utility in Finland.
Landis+Gyr will supply a 1.2-megawatt storage system to be
set up next to the Suvilahti solar power plant, the largest in
Finland, according to a statement by Toshiba Corp. which
acquired Landis+Gyr in 2011.
The system will become operational in the spring of 2016.
