(Bloomberg) — Marubeni Corp. will supply solar panels for
a 53-megawatt project to be built in Fukushima prefecture, the
company said in a statement Thursday.
The plant is being developed by a venture between Kyudenko
Corp. and four other companies and is scheduled to start
operating in June 2017, according to the statement. Marubeni
will supply about 198,000 panels made by Hanwha Q Cells Co.
