OneRoof Energy Getting $12.5 Million Financing for Rooftop Solar

(Bloomberg) — OneRoof Energy Group Inc., which provides
solar-energy services in seven states, is receiving $12.5
million in financing to expand in the U.S.

GoldenSet Capital Partners arranged the loan, which will
mature in three years and carries an annual interest rate of 15
percent, OneRoof said in a statement Thursday.

“This funding facilitates our expansion to the Northeast,
a region that was especially hit hard by electricity demands
this past winter,” Chief Executive Officer David Field said in
the statement.

The company, based in Toronto, serves customers in Arizona,
California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and
New York.
