Ratchaburi Electricity to Invest in Japan Solar Power Generation

Sept. 12 (Bloomberg) — Ratchaburi Electricity Generating
Holding Pcl
will set up ventures to invest in solar power
generation in Japan.

A venture between Chow International Co. and RH
International Corp.
, a wholly owned unit of Thailand’s
Ratchaburi, will invest in solar power generation worth 33
megawatts in the initial phase, according to a company statement
to the Thailand stock exchange.

Another venture will be formed to provide management
services for solar in Japan between Ratchaburi Energy Co. and
Premier Solution Co., according to the statement.
