Sojitz Invests in T-Solar’s 2 Solar Power Stations in Peru

(Bloomberg) — Sojitz Corp. invested in two solar power
stations in Peru owned and operated by T-Solar Global SA, a unit
of Grupo Isolux Corsan SA.

Sojitz has acquired a 49 percent stake in each plant, the
Tokyo-based trading company said in a statement Monday. Each

The solar stations in Arequipa in southern Peru have been
operating since July 2012, according to the statement. They were
