Solar Frontier Will Sell First Solar Plant to MUTB Trust Account

(Bloomberg) — Solar Frontier K.K., a unit of Showa Shell
Sekiyu K.K., will sell a 2-megawatt solar power station to a
trust account managed by Mitsubishi UFJ Trust & Banking Corp.

The Kunitomi plant in Kagoshima prefecture was Solar
Frontier’s first owned-and-operated solar station, running since
March 2013, the Tokyo-based company said in a statement Monday.

Solar Frontier will continue to provide operational and
maintenance services for the plant, according to the statement.
