TenKsolar Receives $8 Million in Equity for Photovoltaic Systems

Oct. 13 (Bloomberg) — TenKsolar Inc., a closely held U.S.
developer of photovoltaic systems, is receiving $8 million in
financing.

Two investors participated in the equity round, according
to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission
Oct. 10.

Robin Clawson, a spokeswoman for Bloomington, Minnesota-based TenKsolar, didn’t immediately return phone and e-mail
messages seeking comment on the funding.
