(Bloomberg) — Tokyo Electric Power Co., Japan’s biggest
utility, started running its first wind farm in Shizuoka
prefecture in the central area of the country.
The 18-megawatt power station can produce enough
electricity for 10,000 homes, the Tokyo-based company known as
Tepco said Friday in a statement posted on its website.
